Rug Processing and Delivery: Standard-sized rugs are processed and delivered within 8-10 business days. For orders over $200, shipping is complimentary*, excluding large furniture pieces, rugs, and oversized mirrors. Standard-sized orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Timeframe for Large Items: Large furniture pieces and oversized mirrors have a longer delivery timeline of 20-30 business days once they are shipped from our warehouse. This extended transit time is due to the requirement of large freight (LTL) shipping couriers for such items.
Shipping Lead Times: Please note that shipping lead times may vary per product. Refer to the lead time information provided above for the most accurate estimate.
Oversized Product Delivery: For oversized products selected for entryway delivery, a fee of $199.00 will be charged. Entryway delivery includes delivery inside your home and to the room of your choice, including up to two flights of stairs.
