HVS Home Shipping Policy Explained

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms:  

At HVS Home, we prioritize a seamless shopping experience. Most orders are shipped through UPS or FedEx with standard ground rates applied.  

  • In-stock items  arrive within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
  • Out-of-stock items ship within 4 to 5 weeks.  
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.  

While most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, large furniture and oversized mirrors require freight (LTL) shipping, which typically takes 20-30 business days. This extended timeframe ensures safe and secure delivery.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
  • Shipping estimates are provided on each product page.  
  • Availability may vary due to manufacturer stock. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you with an updated shipment date.  
  • You may choose to keep, modify, or cancel your order.
Shipping Destinations
  • We ship within the continental US, Canada, and the UK.  
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses.  
Shipping Methods
  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.  
  • White Glove Delivery: For large furniture, this service includes assembly and placement in your room of choice at an additional cost.
Large & Oversized Items
  • Large furniture and oversized mirrors require freight (LTL) shipping.  
  • Delivery takes 20–30 business days after leaving our warehouse. 
Shipping Costs
  • Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and item size.  
International Shipping
  • We currently ship only to the US, Canada, and the UK, with plans to expand in the future.
Promotional Offers

During promotions, launches, or collaborations, order processing may take longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  

Return Window
  • Most items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
  • Contact our customer service team at cs@hvshome.com.  
  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.  
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exclusions

Custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Eligibility
  • Final sale, custom, made-to-order, and other ineligible items cannot be returned.  
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  
  • All returned items will be inspected; items showing signs of use or damage may not qualify for a refund.  
  • If your order was placed during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 
Oversized & Freight Returns
  • Rugs 9x12 or larger and oversized items shipped via freight (LTL) require return authorization.  
  • To request a return, contact cs@hvshome.com within 10 days of delivery.  
  • Refunds for freight returns will be adjusted for original shipping and handling costs.
