Order Status
- You'll receive an order confirmation email after your purchase.
- Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

- Email addresses cannot be modified after an order is placed.
Oversized Items
- Large furniture and oversized mirrors require freight (LTL) shipping.
- Delivery takes 20–30 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Lost of Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact Customer Service at cs@hvshome.com.
- HVS Home is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that show successful delivery.

Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified after submission.
