For Standard-Sized rugs, we utilize parcel delivery through UPS/FedEx. Currently, orders over $200 qualify for complimentary shipping*, excluding large furniture pieces, rugs and oversized mirrors. Standard-sized orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
Please note that large furniture pieces and oversized mirrors have a longer delivery timeline of 20-30 business days once shipped from our warehouse. This transit time is to be expected as large furniture and oversized mirror requires to be shipped with a large freight (LTL) shipping courier.
